“ Last year we were gifted a gift certificate for Pho Hoa and think it was one of the best gift certificates to get. Their restaurant is in a strip mall next to an Asian Market which leads it to appear very unassuming. When you walk in to order at the counter and they give you a table number to sit at. They also have a few different signs to please be patient as they are understaffed, however we usually get our Pho within 5-10 minutes of sitting down (def. exceeding expectations). The Pho is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is great. I would 100% recommend trying Pho Hoa if you're in the mood for some delicious Pho. ”
